The Service is intended for students, parents, and coaching institutes preparing for or supporting preparation for JEE, NEET, MHT-CET, and related entrance and school examinations. Users under 18 should use the Service under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or enrolling institute.
Bodhika provides a practice and paperless-examination platform, including mock tests, question banks, analytics, and doubt-resolution tools. Bodhika is an independent preparation aid and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government body, university, or official examination authority (including JEE, NEET, or MHT-CET conducting bodies). Results and rankings within the app are for practice purposes only and do not represent official examination outcomes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

All content on the Service — including question banks, study material, software, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Bodhika and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without our written permission.
Certain features may require a paid subscription, billed through the institute or directly via in-app payment. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Bodhika does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or any specific examination outcome or score improvement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bodhika shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on practice scores or analytics.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms, at our discretion, with or without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
